More ideals paradox:

“Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom of Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any body of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States.” – Noah Webster

“And it’s not surprising then that they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations,” Sen. Barack Obama

No paradox. Webster is correct. Obama is never right.

My crystal set with cat whiskers tells me to never believe a democrat.

As an aside I may have converted a friend from the dark side. he has now realized that the Dems are the party of racism.
